I presume that you're asking about JOMSOCIAL... as EasySocial is not our product :)
If you purchase JomSocial you could install and use it on unlimited number of domains. The only limitations are:
- only ONE domain will be supported by us. So if you'll have issues on any other domain/site you've installed JS then you'll need to purchase another license or extend your current one to Developer License (up to 5 domain supported).
- you'll have access to support, upgraded and new versions for 6 months. It means that after that time you'll not be able to download any version of JS, get support on forum or any upgraded.
So you may use JS on unlimited domains and continue using it also after your subscription expire. Renewal is obligatory ONLY if you want to restore your access to support and upgrades.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
