Hi, your link in the latest email to "Download JomSocial 4 Beta FREE!" gives a "500 Permission denied" error. I was hoping to install and play with it before I renewed my subscription (and was hoping to get the coupon for extra 10% off on TOP of the discounted renewal fee ;) )

this is only available to users with expired licenses that have not already seen Jomsocial 4. The download is the Beta of what you currently have, it is Jomsocial 4. 0 and the current version is 4.0.6 so as an active license holder you would be looking at a product that is older than what you currently have

Thanks, but why then send me an email saying I can download the beta and get an extra 10% discount on my renewal fee if I full out a survey?

I'm guessing it was a mistake that you were included into that email list. We filtered the list to only send to expired subscribers but somehow you got the email as well. It wasn't a deliberate thing so sorry for the inconvenience.
