1. Yes, you'll get JomSocial for ever and you could use it on any number of domains. Only restrictions are:
- only ONE domain will be supported by us
- you get 6 MONTH access to upgrades, fixes and support forum. After 6 months you may decide to renew your subscription. If you decide don't then you'll not able to read support forum or get upgrades or fixes.
2. Please, contact with This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (Support Manager) regarding this question.
3. You're free to add anything you want in sidebars.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
