I am facing problem with accessing configuration menu and I found two forum threads which are marked solved which could help me to solve my problem. www.jomsocial.com/forum/installation/825...not-be-parsed-as-xml

But I am not able to access it, it says subscribe to access that. Why can't I access the forum. All I want to see, is the resolution of the problem. I am not adding any reply or asking more questions. I know my subscription has ended and I dont want to upgrade. I dont understand your policy, I already paid you for the software so why can't you provide me documentation and solution to the common problems. Isn't it too greedy on your part to keep asking money....

Without this your software is useless to me.

Hi Mayur,

This is standard with all components. A license gives you access to support and updates while it is valid.

Without knowing any of your site details and the fact that the posts are over one year old maybe try and disable the jomsocialupdate plugin

This is really frustrating. OK, you need more money, I got it. All I need is to make sure your software is working as you promise. Which is not the case, I am not able to get my AWS S3 setup as I dont have access to that menu from admin panel. It gives error when I click on it. The next thing I tried to change the database value to setup the key, passphrase and type to "S3" but it still not working.....

Just tell me how much would you charge to make your software useful to me which I already paid for????

I need an urgent help in this regard. Just tell me the cost and fix my issue. I dont need any new versions of your software. Just get my AWS S3 working.

Hi Mayur,

Did you try to disable the jomsocial update plugin?

We don't offer a cost per issue service.If you are running an old version of Jomsocial even if you subscribe again you would be told to upgrade to the current version. We do not support older versions of the product.

Without exact details of the error, your current version of jomsocial / joomla and steps to replicate the issue it is impossible for me to guess what would be the cause of the fault and if it is fixed in the current version

Please be aware we would. not be bug fixing an old version, an upgrade would be required.

If your circumstances mean that an upgrade is not possible then i would recommend contacting a 3rd party developer. www.jomsocial.com/jomsocial-developers
