I was just exploring your demo and was wondering:

My site is a community of Harmonica Players
Will I be able to add a feature where they can upload MP3s of themselves playing, and is there an embedded play that will display when they do?

Also when my members upload video can they only do so by liking to youtube or Vimeo or can we actually store the videos on our site?

Hi James,

Your purchase number already expired, please you renew it for getting support from us...

thank you.

Surely the point of pre-sales questions is that you ask them before you buy the product. Are you telling me that I must buy the product before asking per-sales questions?

Hi James,

I am sorry the feature mp3 is not available in Jomsocial right now but you can use the 3rd party extenstion like extensions.joomla.org/extension/deluxemp3-pro-for-jomsocial
www.jomsocial.com/addons/multimedia/myplayer
or
www.jomsocial.com/addons/multimedia/crexplayer-mp3

and regarding video that is possible, you can linked video and you can upload video as well :)

thank you

Thanks Diamas,
Just looking at the recommendations you make for allowing members to post mp3s my site.

DeluxeMP3 Pro for JomSocial---Compatibility: 2.5
Crexplayer MP3---Compatibility JomSocial 2.8
MyPlayer---Compatibility JomSocial 2.4 MyPlayer actually says, NOT compatible with Jomsocial 4 on this page

Will any of them work with JomSocial 4?

Hi James,

I suggest you contact to those plugins developer, i think they are not update their plugins for Jomsocial 4.0 yet.

thank you

I made my decision to buy JomSocial based on your suggestion that these plugins would allow my members to upload audio.

You should not have suggested them if they are not compatible.
