Hello,

I am looking to renew my JomSocial license so I can start using JomSocial 4.

Every time I renewed my license in the past, the amount was always $74.50

To my understanding, the renewal fee is 50% off the original price.

I have JomSocial Pro - 6 Months (Regular $149.00)

When I look at my renewal notice, it says I have to pay

(1 Year - $179.00)
(6 Months - $99.00)

- - - -

Based on what the FAQ shows www.jomsocial.com/faq#collapsefaq-616

JomSocial Pro Renewal should be 50% off regular price

JomSocial Pro (1 Year Regular Price = $239.00)
- Renewal should be $119.50

JomSocial Pro (6 Months Regular Price = $149.00)
- Renewal should be $74.50

The discounted reflects somewhere around the 30% OFF rather than 50% OFF.

I typically renew for six months but am unsure as to why my renewal fee would not reflect the 50% OFF as it's always been and says in the FAQ.

If you could please let me know as to why renewal is higher than usual and doesn't reflect the renewal rate, I would really appreciate it. I'm hoping to renew my license once I know what's going on :)

Thank you for your time!

Chris

I had a few windows open and just realized that this post was most likely submitted to the wrong category. I couldn't find a "Delete" post so if you could please move into the appropriate category. Sorry about that

Hi Chris,

Our pricing increased as per this blog post www.jomsocial.com/blog/js3216-and-renewals and the FAQ in your screenshot was an oversight and has been corrected.

I hope this clears things up for you
