i brought jomsocial supercharged v3 before ,now i want to upgrade to jomsocial 4 and upgrade socialize template does both of them fully support RTL languages becouse socialize old version and jomsocial 4 rc2 beta version both of them got problems with RTL (arabic) languages
another question plz ,does publisher is better integrated to jomsocial or K2 is more better ???? becouse i want users to be allowed to post k2 items through jomsocial so what is the best way
and my last question , if i wanted to make users allowed to post twitch streamings into jomsocial (like make it itegrated ) is there's something like that like a plugin or something like that please ???

There is no integration between K2 and jomsocial but publisher has 3 plugins for joomla 3 which are My Articles, My media and Activity Stream & Notifications

I am not aware of a plugin that integrates like that
