Recently i bought the jomsocial componente for joomla. Now I`m trying to download to install in my website.
When i try to login with my e-mail and password the system says that my credentials are incorrect. Then I ask to send the verification code to my e-mail.
When I use the verification code to reset my password the system says "Your password reset confirmation failed because the verification code was invalid. User not found".
Now I'm bit confuse and I need this information to continue my work. I need install this componente today.
