I am considering using the JReviews/Everywhere and JomSocial add-ons to allow for User reviews of a hire business that users a produect called JomRes. Although JReview/Everywhere already have a customised this for JomRes the Reviews are for the customer to comment on the Property, and what I require is for the Property Manager to comment on the Customer.

I already have a cron-job that triggers when the Customers has completed their stay and sends them a message to leave review of the Property, and I suppose this could be used to trigger a separate email to a Property Manager to leave an Review of the Customer.

The problem is I have limited coding knowledge and was wondering whether there was another generic way of triggering a procedure to initiate review of the customer.

Hi David,

I may be misunderstanding your question but i think this is a question for jreviews. Jomsocial does have API's for different things but it is not something for someone that has limited coding experience

let me know if i have misunderstood your question
