I am looking for the best component for setting up a site that will work a lot like youtube. These are some of the features we are looking for in the "wish list". I realize there is probably not a component that has all of these but if we could find something close that has a good admin and user UI it would be great.
- Video site that allows users to upload videos and have to agree to terms page first
- Videos to upload to amazon cloud to stream from their servers through the site
- Users can make their own "channel" with videos
- Option to flag inappropriate videos to an admin to check and remove if needed
* - ability for video owners to somehow collect compensation option at a later date for views or some other way to monetize the site to pay uploaders for sharing their content. We are open to options here based on something that may already be "in the box".
- User profile for folks that upload videos and their stats, and all other info about their videos that they have uploaded.
Does anyone know of anything like this out there that has all or most of these features that works really well?

- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.

- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
