1. No. Site speed depends from server quality. If you buy hosting for $1 then you should expect $1 performance. So before you buy - check if server meets our system requirements:

2. The only limit is MySQL data base architecture. It means you could have over 1 000 000 000 members community :) (but remember - larger community - more activities - higher server requirements).
3. You mean dependent fields in registration form? And ajax suggest script. No , there isn't such a feature but could be implemented with help of professional developer.
