I like the ease of use of your website but i have a few questions I would like to ask as your site does not allow this option.

1. How often is the payment of my chosen package due? is it Yearly?
2. Who do we contact if something goes wrong?
3. What if i already have hosting and my domain name will me purchasing this software affect what I am currently using?
4. Are all your addons paid for? Seems from what I have seen thus far they seem to be almost the same price as the website which can add up, for small start up businesses like ours. Are they a monthly or one off Fee?

Would appreciate a response as this will determine my purchasing decision.

1. You pay once and you could use downloaded version of JomSocial on unlimited domains forever :)
The only limitation is access to support and upgrades. Subscriptions grants access for support and upgrades for 6 months. After that time you can renew subscription whenever you want to... also you may decide to stay with your current version and without support (access to support forum).

2. When having active subscription you have access to support forum (that is here) so we provide support - reply your post/request within 24 hours (note it's not instant support).

3. No, not at all. You can install Joomla! and JomSocial on your current hosting and under current domain. Only hosting needs to meet minimal system requirements: documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/System_Requirements

4. Our extensions (related with JomSocial) are bundled so you get them once you download package and we don't charge extra for them. All other extensions belong to respective developers and if they are paid they have own license agreements (that specifies the fee and payment). Some of them are free. Also you may use dozens of free or paid extensions for Joomla! as JomSovial user is also Joomla! user :)
