Hi people, i want to know a few things of jomsocial:
- In the user registration page, can i add an option to give the possibility for users to evaluate their ability in some games? This can be done with a plugin or editing some code ?
- I see there isnt interaction for groups, i.e. i want to give groups the possibility of interact with others groups like sending a challenge event or something like this. Can i make this work editing the code of jomsocial groups or making a plugin compatible with jomsocial by myself ? Im not an expert on php but i know others programing languages.
- There is an option for rating some stuff like movies, games... ? i.e. A user can evaluate a game, a movie... Is there any plugin compatible with jomsocial to do that ?
- Is there any integration with a prestashop domain ?
- If i purchase jomsocial but i cant do what i want can i return it ?
1. You can add any filed you want so depends how you define "ability in some games' in certain field e.g using dropdown list or check box..
2. I'm not sure how you imagine "sending a challenge event" but events could be created within groups and users could be members of any groups (some groups may be set as private so joining them needs a request). but it's not possible to create event in one group and somehow send it to another group...
4. We don't do integrations with 3rd party apps - it's other way round: other extensions are integrated with JomSocial.... so you should rather ask Prestashop developers if there is possibility to integrate shop with Joomla!
5. You may always request refund but Support Manager will decide if your claims are right. In most cases we do refund...
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
