Is it possible to add a features (for example CITY of user location) and show list of USER PROFILES which match selected feature (for example - people from "Denver city" )?
Yes, this feature is present in JomSocial. In every profile you have "About me " section and options there are active so clicking on one e.g city or country will list all other users with the same value in that field.
