1. We don't have a try before you buy I'm sorry. We do have a full working version with admin access at demo.jomsocial.com
2. the upgrade pricing is
Standard to Pro = + $50 etc
3. Standard has a backlink that must remain in place for support.
Pro has no backlink. Supercharged is Jomsocial pro, Socialize template socialize.jomsocial.com and ISEO www.jomsocial.com/products/products/3-ot...cial/10-iseo-pro/215 and an Ebook all support and license duration are either 6 months or 12 months
Developer edition is the same as Pro and also includes all the .less files
Developer edition includes 5 support licenses

In General when you purchase Jomsocial it gives you support for 1 site for the license term. if you move the site or domain then we update the supported domain for you. You are allowed to install the product on as many sites as you wish but support is for 1 site only. If you need support for the 2nd or 3 site then you would need to purchase additional licenses

Answers to the questions.

1. yes your amounts are correct please note that the pricing is for the upgrade and does not add time to your subscription period.

3. I don't think there are many using this for a dating site. You would need to add a payment system like payplans and also you may need to customise the searching, we do have a dating module but it is based on basic searching and not proximity searching.

I am looking for open source and well developed/supported CMS with many features that will allow me to migrate existing live dating site built on MySQL/PHP to another CMS system as existing one does not meet latest web technologies.

If you can not share with me links if live dating site built on jomsocial may be you can advise me open source, well developed and supported CMS / Plugins that could be easily customized for dating site?

Hi Roman,

I think that as a dating Site jomsocial will get you very close to what you want and then with some minor custom coding you can get it to the last little bit.

For member searching there is things like member maps extensions.gotour.it/jomsocial.html
The payment system is used with a lot of Adult sites that use Jomsocial

I'm not aware of anything that would get you closer than Jomsocial as an out of the box install
