My subscription has recently expired and now I'm trying to do what should be very simple and am getting very aggravated, wasting hours of my time trying to find how. I see there is no access to forums, or even my past support requests.
All i need to do is have guests to be able to view the events and photos from the joomla frontpage module. You think that would be simple, even set as default. but no. try to view an event or photo through the module and it wants me to login. Even though it is set to public. arrrggg!
Renewing my membership so I can access information to figure this out is ridiculous.
I plan to renew in the future, but not just for this...
By default when you click on an event from the events module it will show the event and when you attempt to interact with the event like attending then it will ask you to log in, in regards to the photos module. Depending on what the privacy is set to for that photo's then will affect whether it requires login or not.
If it is not functioning like that, then our support would need to look at your site. To do this you would need a current subscription
