We have purchased the jomsocial pro component and we are about to make the site live but our testing team has found some bugs in the jomsocial that need to be resolved.

1 once user reject group inviattion then user is unable to send an re invitation
2 Through out the site whenever any pop up gets opened user can make changes in background
3 Write message - user is able to send blank messages
4 User is already member of that community but not as A's friend then user A is unable to add that user
5 User A check User's B friend then A's name are there then click on that A's name it shows 'Page not found' message'
6 go to that other users's profile page and add one stream then it shows entire stream of that user one by one.
7 It doesn't display private word after creating group
8 Report announcement,group & discussion then it should be reported to admin & should be gets invisible from the account
9 For creating new announcement and discussion without uploading pic then it shows garbage pic as its profile
10 Current group name is shamal1 but when I click on Members button it shows other group name ie. Shamal and that group details.
11 After clicking on group image and group name it shows The requested page cannot be found.'' page
12 If user is in my community then logged in user is unable to send invitation message should be 'User is already in that comunity'
13 Download button isn't working
14 Message should be 'Entered link is not video link'. It should support all type of video extensions
15 while adding video description & name field is not present on when user edit then user can see those fields
16 Ideally in request sent it should display user list to whom logged in user has sent invitation
17 Invite friend validation
18 Stream is already reported then on click Report link only it should be display message as'You have already reported this stream'
19 user already like post and in second day user is able to like same post again
20 To whom Share, report option should be visible.
21 Logged in user like any post then it should be display only unlike.

You have posted this in the pre-sales forum. All support questions must be posted in this category www.jomsocial.com/forum/support If we need access to your site you can add it privately. This cannot be done from this category.

The way we do support is each fault you are reporting needs to be in its own post, while this may seem strange, if you log a fault it gets tracked though our development and testing process. Multiple reports in the same post will not get answered. From years of dealing with support tickets, multiple issues in the same post cause frustration for both of us, trying to discuss, ask questions and provide fixes for 32 issues cannot be done from 1 post.

I did look at your points and without site access i have tested your issues against a default build of Joomla 3 and jomsocial 3.2.15 if you are getting different results then we will need to look at the issues one by one on your site with a post for each issue. Some issues need more steps to replicate and were not clear what you were referring to. In future posts please be as detailed as possible so we can assist you as fast as possible.

i will mark this post as resolved, from pre sales there is nothing further i can do and our support guys will assist you with your future posts. I have given you my initial responses in bold below to help to eliminate how things work from what are faults.

Your questions
1 once user reject group inviattion then user is unable to send an re invitation
Answer: when a user is invited to a group and they reject the invitation they cannot be invited again. if the user changes their mind they can go to the group and press the join button. This then notifies the group admin and they can approve the request. This is working as designed.

2 Through out the site whenever any pop up gets opened user can make changes in background
Answer: Correct you can either close the popup window or continue to navigate elsewhere on the site
3 Write message - user is able to send blank messages
Answer: Recipient, subject and message are mandatory fields test ok.
4 User is already member of that community but not as A's friend then user A is unable to add that user
Answers: if User who is a member of the community allows himself to be found by other users then User A can search for them and add them as a friend (test ok)
5 User A check User's B friend then A's name are there then click on that A's name it shows 'Page not found' message'
Answer: As user A i click on user B friends i then see my own name in the friends list, when i click on my name it takes me to my own profile (test ok)
6 go to that other users's profile page and add one stream then it shows entire stream of that user one by one.
Answer: as a friend of the user i can seen all posts made by the user unless they have privacy set as “only me” if i visit the wall of a non friend then i cannot see any of their activities.
7 It doesn't display private word after creating group
Answer: The group is identified as private by a label on the group avatar in the all groups list (test OK)
8 Report announcement,group & discussion then it should be reported to admin & should be gets invisible from the account
Answer: when a user makes a report they are reporting it to the site admin to either remove or deal with. It does not block the content from the user that reported it (test ok)
9 For creating new announcement and discussion without uploading pic then it shows garbage pic as its profile
Answer: When posting any of the above without a picture the avatar of the user is displayed (test ok)

Answer: When clicking on the members link from the all groups page i am directed to the group that is clicked the members on (test Ok)

Answer: All groups names and avatars return to the correct URL

Answer: When you invite a user to the community and they are already a member the system will match their email address and show a message in the site system messages box that says
Error
Email 'This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.' is already a member in this community.

13 Download button isn't working
Answer: Which one? the photo download button is functioning correctly as well as the discussions file download button (test OK)
14 Message should be 'Entered link is not video link'. It should support all type of video extensions
Answer: from the post box add video if you enter a link that is not a video a message box displays “please submit a supported URL” Regarding video providers we do not support every video provider, if there is a particular one you want you can use the uservoice feature to request it. Test OK
15 while adding video description & name field is not present on when user edit then user can see those fields
Answer: When adding a video the name field and description is both editable by clicking on the field (test OK)
16 Ideally in request sent it should display user list to whom logged in user has sent invitation
Answer: it does. (test OK)
17 Invite friend validation
Answer: This is not a feature in Jomsocial

Answer: this is not how it is designed to work. if the admin does not act on the report the user can report it again. Test ok)

Answer: once a user presses like on an item the the like link changes to “unlike” (test OK)

Answer: Reports are visible in admin under notifications

Answer: On a default install i cannot see these fields edit profile > account details is actually the joomla account page.
28 Remove 'or' in why it is required inside edit profile page?
Answer: unable to find what you are referring to, all test can be edited by creating a language override in Joomla, Typos or grammatical errors would be fixed but more information is required
29 In event details user enter more than 400 characters then it doesn't display any message
Answer: Using the default Joomla editor Tinymce i entered 3700 characters and it deplays as expected (test OK)
30 the alias should be display on the same page. but when user move and switch to any other page then alias goes away
Answer: as i navigate through the site the alias changes for each page i visit, more information would be required.

Answer: all entries are accepted as plain text. if you enter <h2>MY BIG TEXT </h2> it will display as that and will not show the message the size of heading 2 (test OK)
