On 15/09/2014 I purchased JomSocial - order confirmation number is 18088 - Name Ralda Forzin, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The order has been processed and I was assured that as an active license holder, the video course is FREE. However, the system refuses to recognise me by the user name & password and will not let me activate the membership and access the materials using jshero. I have written twice about this and have received information that Ricardo has updated the ticket - whatever that means. It obviously doesn't mean - fixed the problem. I still have no access to support and have been unable to create my site. Thank goodness I am only trying to do this locally on my computer using MAMP and not on my site. Either fix the problem or give me a refund. At this stage I don't care which.

I just tested your account and I have access to our Documentation site without any problem. Please login on our main site JomSocial.com, after that go to documentation.jomsocial.com. You shouldn't have any problem with it.
About the course on our learning center, you have to register an account there because it's using a different database than JomSocial.com. I checked that site and looks like you register an account there but you forgot to enable it. This is the reason you couldn't complete the registration and subscription process. Anyway I already did it from here. So you have access to that course now.
