It has taken over a year to get the new site up and running and now need to make the new site go live. We need to change domains but it wont change in our account settings?
Users cannot change the supported domain, I can do it for you. Unfortunately some users were purchasing 1 license then wanting support for 10 different sites. If the site is the same then we happily change it, your case it sounds like it is :)
