I received the letter:

There is no link to downloading!!!!

This purchase has not made though Jomsocial and is a fake site selling our product without our permission. Jomsocial can only be purchased through www.jomsocial.com . The site you have purchased from is fake and not selling on our behalf.

I would recommend you take the following steps
1. Contact the seller and demand your money back
2. Contact home.bluesnap.com/ecommerce/support/shopper/customer-support and report the Merchant for fraudulent activity
3. Only purchase Jomsocial from www.jomsocial.com (this site) and you can see our product range and pricing at this link www.jomsocial.com/pricing

Unfortunately things like this are beyond our control and i hope your outcome regarding a refund is positive
