Hi Morteza,

You can restrict the number of posts made on the site from admin anti spam page

Limit Number of New Messages /day
Limit Number of New Groups /day
Limit Number of New Events /day
Limit Number of New Photos /day
Limit Number of New Videos /day
Limit Number of Friend Requests /day
Limit Number of New Files /day

But you can't actually limit how many wall posts are made by users
