we have a community of 200,000 users
We like to make sure JomSocial can scale to serve our community .
What are the requirements and steps to achieve this

Do you currently have a joomla site with 200,000 users? if you do and the server it is running on is performing OK then Jomsocial should be similar, Depending on concurrent users and the spec of your server then i don't see a problem. are you able to let me know what the specs of the server is and if that is currently the users you have and they are in the joomla users table.
