i purchased standard version of jomsocial just to try and now planing for pro version but before that i need solution on below points.
In joomla admin then component jomsocial dashboard showing all detail, reports, activities, map etc of users which is consuming memory as admin which i have limit of 256MB as it is on shared server which is maximum as confirmed by hosting company.
because of this i am unable to go in admin dashboard of jomsocial.
pls resolve which will allow me to buy to go further live. refer attached file screen and user details to check
This sounds like there may be a fault with something and one of uor technical support people would need to look at this further. Can you please post a new topi in our support section so we can login and see what may be the problem.
Jomsocial admin should work correctly with that amount of ram on a server
