First, it would not let me post this in the support forum, and I apologize for having to do it here, but it was the only way I had.
I am doing a song writing contest on my site, freewhirled.com and have spent a lot of money promoting the site only to get feedback that people aren't receiving confirmation emails back. A person that entered the contest just told me that he knows that 10 of his friends tried to join to vote (Sexy Polling Extension) but were not able to register. Also, we just upgraded to the latest Jomsocial edition and it has caused problems with some extensions (Activity Stream Extended) that I've purchased. Help, I am spending so much time and money on this and if people can't sign up, then it's all for nothing.

Good though Chuck is behind by three votes. I checked today and according to the poll, he only has one vote. Needs to get more people to sign up and vote for him. I keep telling my web guy that people are having a difficult time signing up, but then he insists that it's working. Frustrating to say the least.

yeah I have had about 10 people try and vote. But it doesn't work. I tried to log on again to check & I couldn't login.

I am so sorry. I just called the web person again. I'm going right now onto the Jom Social website and report it. It's a Jomsocial template and we just upgraded it. I will try to figure this out as soon as possible.
Here's what you can do for now. Please email me: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and give me the names of the friends you got to join to vote for you. I will take those names and add their votes to whichever song you think they've voted for on the back end of the site. Once again, I am so sorry about this. I am as frustrated as you must be.
To post in support you need to have an active licence, you mention you have the latest version so can you please post a new support ticket in the support forum using the account that is attached to your active subscription.
Our licencing is support for one site per licence and the domain you list in not one i can find as a linked supported domain
