Am making a query about your product since when I tried to sign up on your page at instant.jomsocial.com/ I got a warning. I have attached a print screen. The link at accounts.jomsocial.me/signUp?planCode=cf...15300370bde32ee81c65 says your site's security has expired. Now what do I do? I This is the first question I want to ask.

3. Does your fee of $ 19.90 a month include a domain name from you or do we have to purchase that as well?

4. Can we pay for a year in advance instead of monthly?

I could not send you an email from your website at instant.jomsocial.com/ because you dont have a 'contact us' link.

We are currently upgrading the Instant service and this will be complete this coming week. The SSL error you are seeing has been reported to our team and we are working to fix this error ASAP.

2. Yes we accept paypal as a payment method
3. no this includes a subdomain yourname.jomsocial.me you can purchase your own name and point it to this service
4. At the moment our system automatically debits your payment method monthly. we do not have yearly billing

Dear Paul, thank you very much for your quick response. I hope your company in the near future will allow for people to make a yearly payment. Not everyone like myself possesses a credit card and furthermore rely on friends and family to make payment on their behalf through Paypal. It makes sense then that people would feel comfortable making payments yearly in advance and not have to worry about making a payment each month. The website I am currently running with a domain name (one company for the domain name and one for the website) are able to accept yearly payments in advance. Many others do as well. I really like your Instant JomSocial product (and I don't see any other company offering it) as it is very similar to Facebook and the members of my community am sure will really appreciate something they are familiar with. Whilst I am not ready yet to make a financial payment to subscribe to your services, I am wanting to see what my options are so that i am ready in the near future I can jump into the deep end and subscribe to your service (at least yearly every year). Both sides benefit at the end of the day. This is the first thing.

2. I would also like to know if users of your Instant JomSocial product are able to embed video links as opposed to uploading whole video files which would logically chew up more space.

3. Does your product allow me as the purchaser of your product, allow me to place advertisements and do you show us how to do this?

2. At the moment you can only link videos and cannot upload them this is something that we are looking at doing in the future
3. Instant jomsocial does not allow for anything to be added to the site so this would not be possible. If you are wanting to have the ability to change or add components then you would be best using our standard product then you have full control of uploading videos and adding components

Instant Jomsocial is a product that sets up a website and hosting account for you that looks and runs like this socialize.jomsocial.com/ web site. It is configured and set up for you. once you sign up this is what you get. It is a service that does not allow components to be added or changed. You can only changes settings like the look and feel of the site.

If you want to purchase or you have your own domain name then you can point it to your site so visitors can access it from that URL

Jomsocial standard products www.jomsocial.com/pricing are sold as a downloadable component that you must install and set up yourself on your own hosting company. Using these products lets you add and configure them how ever you wish there is no restriction
