Will JomSocial work for us?

I am the webadmin for the Kre8Now Makerspace. I am hoping that JomSocial will work for us. I am mainly looking for two things right now that I am not sure if JomSocial is able to do or not.

I need
Payment portal - for members to pay their dues and to give them access to different parts the the site depending on what payment plan they pick.
Event Management system - where members can sign up for events and where members can sign up and pay for classes.

If JomSocial can do this? what version do I need to get?

Hi, Russle.

This can be achieved by combining Jomsocial with two other extensions PayPlans and jTicketing.
I saw that a lot of our customers successfully use that combination ;)

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
