I represent an Indian creative agency known as Skarma. We have thoroughly browsed through your website and are happy with quite a few features you have to offer. But before we can go ahead and make the purchase, we would like to ask you’ll a few specific questions listed below.
These are the major requirements for the community website for restaurant we plan to create.
• We want our customized design skin on the website
• Geo Social Networking
(Is there any feature wherein members can log into their profiles based on their location? As in the website shows when a member logs in when he is actually at the restaurant? )
Therefore like a location based Check-in feature
• Live chat IM for members that are logged in and within the location
• News feed of activity of all members
• Profiles attributes according to our requirements (Admin power to add and remove features, ex: add/remove groups, remove posting, remove profile picture ability)
• Posting events only by the admin
• Total profile views for each member
• Connect to other applications
• Connect to social networks

Yes we have a feature to login via facebook there are addons that allow you to login with other social networks, a major one is from sourcecoast
