We currently do not have the exact name for our community, therefore we will start with localhost.
1. Can I change the supported domain after purchase?
2. Is it possible to upgrade to Professional prior to going live?
3. What would be the cost if we are ready within the 6-month subscription window?

if you purchase you can install Jomsocial on a local host however we do not offer support on localhost as we cannot access it
Yes you can upgrade the version at any time in your account section on our site
Currently upgrading from standard to pro is $50
