Before renewing both of our subscriptions, would you please check out if our IP address 109.20.16.147 is blacklisted on your server?
In fact, I still can use your demo site from our mobile provider who gave us a different IP address from the same location where we're located. However, when I use our landline connection (IP address 109.20.16.147), It's no longer going through (for the past 2 months).
Please remove us from your blacklist so that we could use your demo sites again, as our our site is still in dev process.
As put earlier, both of these demo-sites can no longer be accessed from my current IP address. Please see the attached picture. Nonetheless, with my phone (which uses a Google IP address) I still can get access to these demo sites.
Nowhere else my current IP address is blacklisted, expected maybe on your demo servers.
This is intriguing, i have had our server admin check the ip again and when he want to add it to our white list it failed because it was already whitelisted so not only is it not blocked it is our or white list
Would you mind doing 2 things for me

and let us know the results
