I was wondering why I can't write on a friends profile page stream in private? Like in the home stream box there is no a "globe" icon in the profile stream box like can be seen by friends, public, only by me or for all registered users.
Or is this already been featured in the road map jomsocial 3.3?

Hi Hasan,

If you could set privacy levels on a post in someone else s profile it would breach the privacy level of the user. Instead if you wanted to say something Publicly to a user you would tag them in your status update from the homepage stream
