I would like share my recent experience with you all.
Although JomSocial was not right for my site, or my site was not ready for JomSocial the support and patience that I received from Paul has been 1st Class. I ran in to difficulties and Paul went out of his way to try and help.
Sure there were a few issues to start, but once he was on the case things got sorted. The fact that I was refunded when requested is a reason I will return to JomSocial when my developer makes changes to my site.
The flexible approach to customer care demonstrated by Paul has re-assured me that JomSocial is a safe bet. If you are considering another community component for Joomla at this time none are as complete as JomSocial.
Sometimes things just don't go as planned, but i like to think it's how we recover from them that makes the difference. Good products are important and equally is customer service. I look forward to helping you again in the future.
