I am using joomla 1.5. I am facing problem in write message. For write message when I click on 'Add recipient' Button it shows empty popup. and throw javascript error 'jax is not defined' in windows-1.0.js.

Can you please help me to resolve it. I have tried all possible ways to solve it but I can't solve it.

You are using old Jomsocial version and your subscription already expired, please you renew your account for getting the support answer.

Please you use the client email (which renewed the jomsocial account), and re-post your question. Beside that your are using old Jomsocial version that is beyond our support.
