I am in the process of building an all music social media website. I would like the members will be able to upload their music videos and music files. In that I do not have any experience with video uploaders, I have some questions I hope you can answer for me;
1. Upon purchase do you provide the install service onto my website.
2. Can the product handle multiple users at the same time.
3. Is the product free from ads and branding
4. Am I able to place my own website name on the product.
5. Can the product upload both videos and music files from the users website.
6. Are there any other products needed in addition to what comes in the bundle.
1. we don't provide an install service but Jomsocial installs the same as any other Jooomla component
2. we have sites that have over 200,000 users and concurrent connections is only limited by your server infrastructure
3. The pro version has no backlink "powered by Jomsocial" so yes this version is.
4. Because it is your own joomla website and hosting account you can change what ever you wish all our code is open source
5. You can upload and link videos (uploading videos requires FFMPEG installed and working on the server) other file types can be uploaded and there are addons that will let you play musice files on the site as well
