Is it possible to share files in a closed group within jomsocial? If not, is it possible to embed google drive or dropbox in a page? It is important for us that the files are visible within our community page.
Yes, you can share files in JomSocial. Files are shared only in Groups (in Discussions and Announcement). That has additional advantage that groups can be private so and moderated so only selected users could have access to shared files in group discussion.
To embed google drive or dropbox to page you may need additional Joomla! extensions. But it should work along JomSocial.
