policy changed and therefore the reason why you havent answerd yet. Please let me know what is what.

There you could renew you license.
Your discount was for purchase. renewals are already with discount - you can't mix them.
And yes, you can downgrade your license.
Try to do it in your account.
If you'll have issues with downgrading or still unsure how to do it - post in Billing section of this forum.
