Dear Ms/Sir,

I have Joomla 3.1 and I am new to using it. Watching videos as I learn and build my web site. I wanted the capacity for users on my site to create accounts, and be able to write short stories/articles pertaining to categories within my website.

Will Jomsocial do this, also how is jomsocial installed is there a video teaching use of it like Joomla? Does it take a lot of time to learn and be functional?

A prompt response is appreciated.
Thank You.
Ms. Jackie Perkins

Hi Jacqueline,

For writing stories and publishing you need to have a component that functions for that purpose. We have a product called publisher publisher.ijoomla.com/ which would do what you are wanting. To see the features of Jomsocial the best way to see what you can do with the component is to visit demo.jomsocial.com and you can use it there to see what is possible
