Just one item to add - I want to be able to customize the home page by putting a site map up of the continent so that a user can click on a US State or country and find a contact listing, i.e. click on Ohio - 54 locations ... 5 Columbus, 3 in Cleveland, 1 in Dayton, 8 in Cincinnati, etc.
