Hi, I currently have two expired licenses. I'd like to upgrade one. I'm using a random copy of Jomsocial 3 to demo the upgrade but the thumbnails appear blurry because they are being resized much larger. I went to the URl you have given and i can see the thumbnails on the all videos appear blury, there are not any known issues with this in the current version, but it really isn't possible to know any more without seeing your current version and trying to re fetch the video thumbnails. For this to happen you would need an active subscription so you can post a support question in the correct forum
