We are only in the need of the beta with Jom Social Link back, we want to host a beta version in our in-house server. We will make a purchase in the next few months, however; we need to see it in our own environment. We will not be going in production with it what so ever until three months from now.

My partner said that would be okay, each server is different and if we purchase it and it does not work in our environment were out of luck. We will stick with our current software and work towards community builder or until a friend provides us with an updated 3.0 RC3

So we obtained a source from a friend, we are facing one issue for our launch. We do plan to purchase Jom Social once a revenue is created trough our site. The source is 2.8.3 which is very stable; however we are facing one issue. When we go to the friends section, it exchanges id's with the profile being viewed, giving access to private user information. If you could contriubute to our site, we will in some way contribute back to you.

As i have said before you will need an active licence to receive support for our product, There are also major differences with the current version and 2.8.3, to start a development project on a version that old is not something i would recommend. Even with a current licence we would not support that version because of how old it is

It's okay, someone has provided us with JomSocial 3.1.0.4, however seeing the reviews and how badly it is to receive help as paying member vrs not a paying member is not something were gonna tread with.

We will use the software and look elsewhere for preventive maintenance.

If we come across bugs or anything that could cease a web site's operation we will forward all bugs to your email. :)
