Hi there,

I have no other way to contact you than this. I have paid for the pro package, have installed the Socialize template and all i want to do is to change the hero cover picture - nothing more at the moment. However, when i go onto the support forum and wish to ask a question or post a topic, there seems no human way to do this. I know you will probably tell me that the answer to my (first) question is in the forum but actually its not, despite that I need to know how I ask a question or post a topic.

Please please let me know how I do this - pass this message to someone who can let me know how to do this...I am so frustrated at the moment !!!!!!!!!

Hi, Patrick.

To change Hero cover for fontpage of JomSocial, browse to:

Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> Templates -> Default (it should be marked with heart by default) -> Choose an image for login cover. jpg or png prntscr.com/3p9mg9

Then just save and close.

Please, describe issues that you had with opening new thread (add printscreens if any needed). We'll try to fix forum issue.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
