If you have a component worth buying, you should show your official demo. Your demo site NEVER works or comes up. I've had to use Community Builder or EasySocial because I can show client front or backend...

I am not sure what site URL you are visiting as i am not aware of our demo site being out for a long time. Please visit this link and let me know how you get on. demo.jomsocial.com

I just tried that link on a Mac Pro (Mavericks), MacBook Pro (Mavericks) and an HP (Windows 8) all using Firefox and connection times out after 2 minutes on Windows 8. On Macs nothing, just spinning wheel and blank page til I close the tab. I tried every other page on Jomsocial.com and have no issues until I go to demo.jomsocial.com.

1. on homepage jomsocial.com I click demo in main nav
2. I click frontend demo buttom on demo page like always...
3. nothing!?!?
4. click admin...
5. nothing!?!?

It's still spinning into infinity now while I'm typing...

I have had many staff and our development team look at the way you explain to replicate the problem and no one has reported it as not working. But clearly for you it isn't could you please send me some screen shots so i can look at the pages you are referring to in case i can see the reason from that
