For me is important that users can upload videos with this extension and communicate socially with the comunity.

HD video share is a 3rd party component so you would need to ask the developer if he has made it compatible with Jomsocial 3.2.03

But the component is an addons of jomsocial, it should be ok, i hope.
Another question, i'd have a new template of jomsocial but not like socialize. i'd have a personalized template. Where can i find someone that made the template of jomsocial?

The product is an add on but unless the developer updates their code to 3.2.03 (which has only just been release) then it may not worrk wit hthe new version. The same applies for the template. If it is not compatible then you will have errors or faults on your site.

My advice would be to confirm this with the developers
