I'm trying to renew subscription for Jomsocial Pro, paying via paypal, but I'm having problem to finalize the payment. The system is forcing me to link the card to my aconta as a condition to complete payment. However, I do not have any credit or debit card. Therefore, in order to facilitate me your renewal payment, request you to send me your paypal email account so I can do transfer directly via paypal.

Hi Olinto,

Sorry about the inconvenience.

We will investigate this issue in order to fix it. I noticed you have two licenses. Let me know which one you want to renew and I will do it from here. Also, I could send you a money request to avoid this inconvenience. If you agree, I could send you a money request now to renew one of your licenses. This will give us time to investigate the issue you reported.

Thanks for your patience.

Best regards,
