I'm am trying to buy but cannot create a new account or find an existing one with my email address. Not a real confidence builder none the less still trying to buy this product.

I'm having no problems with internet access or logging into any other site.

You have two accounts on our site but not sure if both are yours. One of them has an active license using a yahoo email address. It was registered today, so, if it's your account looks like this problem is solved.

Could you confirm that?
