Renewing a developer licence is done on each supported domains in the list so if you whish to renew support for 5 domains then you need to individually press renew next to each one in the list. This is something we are improving but for now this is how it is done.
For example if you want to renew the developer licence on mydomain.com then press renew next to that supported domain and so on down the list
