I need to create a membership site where one group of people will pay a membership fee to offer their services.
The providers should be grouped in different areas that are easily searchable. Eg, by town, service offered, cost etc.
Potential customers will use the site for free to find a good fit for the services offered. Then contact the relevant service provider.
Can Jomsocial do this? Is it the right solution?

As a default install Jomsocial does not manage paid subscriptions
