long time ago I get the Jomsocial with a templete of Rocketheme.com I use to manage my website very well but after some time I was hacked and I have to delete all my website, I use to have in www.hi5pets.com
My questions are:

Do I have buy again to install in a new website?
If I have to buy again can I get a discount? (remenber that I was hacked and they destroy my website)
Can I install the old rocketheme template and make upgrades?
Do I have the rigth to make the upgrades from your website?
Do you have a new upgrade and better Jomsocial now?

Please let me know how can I start my we again I need your advise.

Let me answer your questions one by one :

You need renew your account, so you can download the latest and install it again

For renew yes, you will get discount

3. Can I install the old rocketheme template and make upgrades?
I suggest you always use the newest, use old old version sometimes it will break the current system

4. Do I have the rigth to make the upgrades from your website?
Yes you have, after you renew it ;)

5. Do you have a new upgrade and better Jomsocial now?
Yes we have, currently we have the latest version 3.1.1 (demo: www.jomsocial.com/demo ) and will be released version 3.2 very soon ( demo : beta.jomsocial.com/ )
