It access was expired last year and we never got to update it.

Renewals are 40% off the original price for the Standard plan, 50% off the original price of the Professional plan and 15% off the original price of the Developer's plan. We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to continue your subscription and enjoy all the new features.
To renew, you need to log in to our site first. Once logged in, click on 'My Account'. From there, click on 'My Downloads' and you should be able to view all of your JomSocial purchases. Click the 'renew' button on the JomSocial license that you wishes to renew and follow the on-screen's instruction.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
