i am planning to purchase socialize template for jomsocial and i was looking for some discount/ Promo code ,i emailed the same to billing team ricardo [ricardo @ ijoomla.com] ,but i have received no response yet .Even a reply with simple no will do, but at-least there must be some response form billing department. i am fearing that this might not the same with support after my purchase.

Thank you for your interest in JomSocial and Socialize. Unfortunately, there is no active promotions right now, we just ended one last week that was store-wide through all iJoomla products. However, stay tuned for upcoming release of JomSocial 3.2. We will have some promo periods to celebrate its release for sure.
As for your support concerns, please avoid using direct email addresses of Ijoomla employees unless in unlikely event that we specifically ask you to use them.
