i think this website use joomsocial, but i don't know about this link, what they use, i'm doing same like this kind of site and i want to know what extension do i need to make like that

this link looks like classified, or just use only XiUS ? coz this link you can post job offer and browse the job.
It uses XiUS, the rest is template and configuration. I can't say if it's customized or not as I can't access source code :)
